These guys were AMAZING and a God-send!! We were first time homebuyers and just happened to get with Kristen and Dusty. I didn’t know until a week later, but I use to babysit for them. I marked that I was interested in a house on Zillow that Tish and I felt like would be perfect for our growing family and my mom. At the time Tish was 7 months pregnant with our second child and was hoping to be in a home before he arrived. Kristen and Dustin contacted me within minutes, unfortunately it was raining rather bad and I wasn’t able to look at the house the same day. They set me up on the path that I needed to be on to be able to put an offer when we found the perfect house for us. Of course someone put in an offer and the house was off the market very fast. The next house we were interested in was very cute but too small for us, which they warned us about before going to look. The third house that caught our attention was around the corner from our job, had a big back yard for our kids to play in, and the perfect patio. I instantly started seeing our family in the house as we were walked through. We decided right then and there THAT was the house we wanted and put in an offer. I received a call the next day while I was at work to inform me that our offer was expected, and to let me know the next steps and the time line of what we would need financially. Everything went so smoothly, that we didn’t tell our families what we were doing. While waiting on the inspections and negotiations Dustin and Kristen kept in touch with me, informing me on the house, and also checking to make sure the baby hadn’t come before time. Do to a couple of small hiccups we had to push the closing date back, so our son ended up coming before we could finish closing. Five days after his arrival we were closing on our new home. By the time he was 10 days old, we were moved in and sleeping in our home. I thank Dustin and Kristen very much for their help in finding the PERFECT home for our family.
